Cancellation policy
For Clients with Reservations at Riad Dar Saad – Hammam & Spa:
Please note that once SPA treatments are confirmed, in the event of cancellation, you will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total price upon your arrival at the Riad.
For Clients without a Reservation at Riad Dar Saad:
To confirm your reservation, we will send you a payment link in euros, requiring a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount.
Reservation Modifications:
Clients may modify their reservations with at least 24 hours’ notice before their scheduled appointment, subject to availability. For group bookings or spa packages, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Exceptions:
In the event of cancellation of a reservation made at Riad Dar Saad – Hammam & Spa (5 to 14 days before check-in), we will assume non-attendance and proceed with the cancellation of the treatment.
