DINNER UNDER THE STARS

Itinerary : This 2-day desert tour starts in Marrakech and ends in the Zagora desert. Departure is from the Riad at around 8:00 am. Along the way, you'll cross the Tizi N'tichka pass and several Berber villages.

Upon your arrival at Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, we recommend you to keep your eyes wide open and enjoy the paradisiacal landscapes that surround you. You will be walking through a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as a backdrop for numerous Hollywood movies such as Gladiator or Lawrence of Arabia.

After lunch in Ouarzazate, you will pass through the high mountains of the Anti-Atlas, the Draa Valley with its palm trees, and the Berber village of Agdz. This journey will take up the rest of the day, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy an incredible sunset in the Draa Valley with its thousands of palm trees while taking a camel ride through the sand dunes. Afterward, you will proceed to a campsite, where you can experience the feeling of sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert, in a tent.

Day 2 : Zagora - Marrakech The next day, you will have to wake up very early to take a camel ride and witness the sunrise over the Zagora dunes. After sunrise, you will return to the village and enjoy a typical Moroccan breakfast. Later, you will visit the Kasbah Tifoultout in Ouarzazate before lunch, and then head back to Marrakech through the Tizi N'tichka pass. You will arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon, approximately.

This 2-day tour will allow you to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Moroccan desert, experience a unique overnight stay in the desert, and immerse yourself in Berber culture.
