Despite their diversity, these spaces share a common thread: the unmistakable originality of Jean Claude’s artistic vision and his fervor for vibrant colors and distinctive designs.

Visitors often liken Riad Dar Saad to a sanctuary of tranquility, more reminiscent of a museum than a traditional B&B.

We extend a warm invitation for you to explore and immerse yourself in the unique charm of each of our spaces, ensuring an experience that goes beyond the ordinary.

  • In reservations made on our website, we have a refundable cancellation policy, up to 4 days before your arrival. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
  • We are pleased to arrange early and late check-ins and check-outs. We have a 24-hour concierge who will assist you upon arrival or departure. Likewise, we ask that you inform us of your arrival time so that we can provide personalized attention.
  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. (You can enjoy the Riad's common areas until your departure). If your flight arrives early or late, we can accommodate you. If the room isn't ready, the Riad's common areas are available, and you can leave your luggage at the reception.
  • Upon your arrival at the Riad, you will be offered a welcome tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries, handmade at the Riad.
  • Breakfast and VAT are included in the room price
  • Riad Dar Saad is located in the Medina of Marrakech, an area not accessible by cars or motorcycles. If you're arriving with your own car, the best option is a parking lot located a 7-minute walk from the Riad
  • We have a non-smoking polity .
